Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how ForeGoal Tips ("ForeGoal Tips", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website at foregoaltips.com, our Android application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, an authentication identifier, and (if you sign in with Google) your basic Google profile data (name, email, profile picture, Google account ID).

Subscription & payment information. When you purchase a VIP subscription we collect the phone number, mobile-money operator or bank details, transaction reference, amount, currency, and payment status returned by our payment processor (Marz). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Usage information. Pages viewed, tips viewed, language preference, theme preference, device type, approximate region derived from IP, browser/app version, and error diagnostics.

Notifications. If you grant notification permission, we store a notification token to send you in-app and push alerts.

Support communications. Messages you send to us via Telegram, WhatsApp, or email.

2. How We Use Information

Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your account.
Process subscriptions and confirm payments.
Send transactional messages, VIP activation confirmations, and tip notifications you opted into.
Personalize content (language, currency, region).
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
Comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Bases

We process personal data on the bases of (a) performance of a contract (delivering the Service you signed up for), (b) your consent (notifications, optional analytics), (c) legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), and (d) legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

We share the minimum data needed with the following processors:

Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting of user data.
Google Sign-In — authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Marz (wearemarz.com) — mobile-money and bank-transfer payment processing.
Cloudflare / Lovable — application hosting and content delivery.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share data with advertisers.

5. Google User Data

If you sign in with Google, we request only your basic profile (name, email, profile image, Google account ID). We use this data solely to create and authenticate your ForeGoal Tips account. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not transfer it to third parties except as required to provide or improve user-facing features, and do not use it to train generalized AI models. You may revoke our access at any time from your Google Account.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and subscription data for as long as your account is active and for up to 24 months after deletion to satisfy tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal-defense obligations. Diagnostic logs are kept for up to 90 days. You may request earlier deletion (see Section 8).

7. Security

We use HTTPS in transit, row-level security on our database, encrypted secrets, and least-privilege access controls. The ForeGoal Tips Android app pins our domain and verifies its signature on launch. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and similar regimes), you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email rapturetechug@gmail.com or message us on Telegram at @bet_prophetai. We will respond within 30 days.

Account deletion: from the in-app Account screen, or by emailing us. We will permanently erase your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to retain.

9. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union, where our processors operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

11. Cookies & Local Storage

We use first-party cookies and local storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in, remember your language/theme/currency, and to track which notifications you have read. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

12. Responsible Gambling

ForeGoal Tips provides statistical football predictions for informational purposes only. We do not accept bets and we are not a bookmaker. Betting carries financial risk; never wager more than you can afford to lose. If gambling is affecting your life, seek help from a qualified service in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced in-app and the new effective date posted at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
